BackStrong is Back!!
Welcome to the BackStrong Blog.

BackStrong was invented back in 1997 based on research of the advantages of specific back strengthening exercises for rehabilitation of spine injuries and spine injury prevention.
BackStrong is a proven tool for spinal rehabiliation based on reviewed University research and a grants by the U.S. Governments National Institute of Health. So far BackStrong is featured or mentioned in over 20 research articles on spinal rehabilitation. BackStrong is a FDA registered product.
BackStrong is "low-tech" approach to spine strengthening and is excellent as a as standalone treatment or a companion to various other types of equipment including MedX.
Each BackStrong comes complete with manuals, marketing materials and protocols.
The "NEW" BackStrong will be available in a few months. The redesign incorporates higher grade materials and several additional features our customers have requested.
